Message High Performance Engine Warranties: & (JDM used Engines ) None is given and none is implied. Unit when installed properly, will startup and run without problems. If mechanical problems are found the below action will be taken. All Engine Packages will be supplied with compression-tested numbers.

1. Sold “as is”, in running condition, upon delivery. 2. With NO warranty expressed or implied.

That warranty has more holes than Swiss Cheese.

Correct me if I am incorrect on this, but wasn't your feedback to me (when informed of the rod knock) that there was NO WAY that it could be a machine shop error?

With respect to my knocking motor, I can document the following:
1). 1,000 break-in miles
2). 4 oil changes. 19 miles, 130 miles, 511 miles, 905 miles.
3). A compression leak-down prior to dyno.
4). Dyno pulls were data-logged with a Nissan Consult. Everything from timing to injector duty cycle recorded.
5). Air fuel ratios on all runs as well.

In a nutshell, everything that could possibly have been done to ensure a proper break-in was done.

The motor knocks and once you were informed of this, you simply told me what a great track record you had and that there was no way that it could be a machine shop error.

How convenient.

B.
